New Toy

Went to the store today, picked up a new Ruger 10/22 rifle!

I havn't had a one in years, in fact the last one I had I sold about 16 years ago.

It's Snowing!!

Northern Utah is getting hit by a ton of snow.

The real question is,

if it does this multiple times a year, every year,

how is it that people who should be used to this can bend over and shove thier head right up thier ass before getting behind the wheel of thier cars?

so called "Security"

I dropped my father in law off at Salt Lake International Airport yesterday, right now I’m just hoping that he got through “security” ok. I’m not worried about his flight so much, I’m sure that went like crap, it’s the “security” that’s the real problem here. The TSA and the airlines have taken on some new federal mandates in the past couple of days. None of the new things that they’re going to be doing are going to do a damn thing to help out in terms of security. How is making it so that you can’t get up from your seat in the last hour of a flight going to help anything? Simple fact is, it’s not! This guy from Algeria (not a terrorist friendly country) got onto a US bound flight in Amsterdam, with HIGH EXPLOSIVES! Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano, claimed over the weekend that “the system worked” How exactly did the system work, because the guy’s explosives malfunctioned? Simple fact of the matter is if the explosives would have worked as planned it would have blown a freaking hole in the side of the plane! If this douche bag was in the right seat the plane would’ve become a big ass fireball in the sky, yet “the system worked”! The “system” that Janet speaks of happens to be the people that where on the plane along with the Terrorist that weren’t going to take his shit. They took his ass down. If that’s the only system that works, that’s fine with my, but don’t bitch that I own guns and know how to use them, and am willing to use them against the terrorist scum that’s out there wanting me dead. I know that makes me some kind of extremist, but fuck that. I’m not an extremist, I’m an American, and I’m a patriot, and I’m willing to stand up and spill the blood of all the piece of shit Muslim extremist terrorists out there!
