Phil Robertson, the latest victim of intolerance.

As we all know by now, Phil Robertson, founder of Duck Commander was foolish enough to give an interview with GQ magazine. The rag had a liberal progressive agenda and pressed  on his opinion about being gay. Phil expressed that although he doesn't discriminate, not would he, he doesn't understand how a man could prefer another man's anus to a woman's vagina.
Phil isn't discriminating against anyone, he expressed his opinion that he's straight and doesn't understand gays. If someone is gay and doesn't understand straight he/she/it will be put on a pedestal and applauded. The fact that "tolerance" only applies to one particular viewpoint proves that progress really mean fascism. In fascism there is one view, and only one view, that is what we're working towards in this country.
Tolerance goes both ways, you should be tolerant of other's opinions even if you don't agree. Unfortunately, in today's world if your opinion doesn't match up 100% with the politically correct opinion of the moment you need to be silenced.

This is now, and in the future will be a big problem for those who don't want to have sex with others if the same sex. If you disagree with those that do you're branded a "homophobe". If you have a disagreement with someone who has a skin color that is darker than your skin you are branded a racist. If you don't want a radical Muslim to blow you our your family up you're an islamaphobe.

People need to wake up and realize that people will always have a different opinion, if you want to silence this who have a differing one, just because they have a differing one. You are the bigot, and whether you realize it or not, you're advocating fascism.

The Greater Good

Below are some simple words to understand, unfortunately in today's America it seems that many politicians and police agencies can't read them.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

It's not like these government agencies and the politicians and bureaucrats that control them don't know what this says, it's been the law of the land for 222 years now. The problem is that it hinders what they consider "progress", do they will chip away at it, see how far they can push it, and if need be they will change the courts until the courts will allow them to violate it with impunity. Ask for "the greater good", whenever good people hear someone say it's for "the greater good" they should stand up and take notice, because it rarely is good.

The FDA is looking for more Control

   
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has decided to ban trans fats from the United States of America. That's right, it wasn't congress that is issuing a ban, it's a unelected bureaucrat that doesn't have to answer to the American people. I've had discussions with people who are all for this, they think that it's up to the FDA to keep Americans trim and healthy. Unfortunately, I've had to point out that the obesity that they're so concerned about has skyrocketed in the 107 years since the FDA was formed.
     The FDA isn't there to keep you from getting fat, and we've has enough tainted food hit the market in the United States to show they're not great at keeping you healthy either. Anyone who's had to drive halfway across Las Vegas, or any other big city, because that's where the ambulance took your wife because of food poisoning knows how well they do at that.
     The FDA's main role is to regulate drugs, they make drugs that have a lot of promise wait years to go through a "testing" process all the while the same drugs are saving lives in Europe. These trials don't always give you a great feeling that the drugs that they approve when you see some of the side effects of them. I'm not talking about something that gives you a headache, I'm talking about making teens suicidal or even worse, homicidal. In fact, most of the mass shootings that you see being sensationalized by the media, the perpetrator was prescribed a FDA approved drug.
     The FDA isn't about making your life that much better, it's more about controlling your life however some unelected bureaucrat thinks best.

The nightmare of the Virginia governor's election

     The reason that people are so up in arms over Bill "Blowjob" Clinton's lackey Terry Mcaullif winning the governorship in Virginia is that even being 10 points down a month ago Ken Cucinelli closed the gap and had a chance. The RNC hardly put any money into the race because they didn't really care. Cucinelli was someone who liked by the Tea Party, therefore he was someone who the establishment GOP can't stand.
     The establishment GOP, asking with the media and the democrats have now picked the Fat Bastard in New Jersey to be the next GOP presidential nominee. Why would they want him to be the nominee when the only difference between him and the democrats is the (R) next to his name? Could it be because there is no real difference between the parties anymore? They will all get us to the same place, the place that is built with big government (Chris Christie big), punishing success, and breaking the backs of the middle class.
     While the democrats are in full attack mode, ready to "keep a boot in the throat of the enemy". The GOP would simply rather take out one of their item than the opposition. The democrats have to love the fact the the GOP will eat their own instead of calling them out.

It's already one party rule in a two party system, and its time to wake up the American people.

The Libertarians Ruined My Election

     I'm seeing a lot of people whining and crying about yesterday's failed bid by Cuccinelli to become the next governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The republicans are blaming libertarians, the Tea Party is blaming the establishment GOP. The problem is, no one is blaming the democrats that voted for Slick Willy's lackey instead of the people who are genuinely fed up with politics as usual. Is it that much better to blame "libertarians" instead of the brain dead people who are looking for a handout?
     Cuccinelli may not have been the perfect candidate, but who really is the "perfect" candidate anyways in this day? The biggest problem is the fact that those who would think similarly to Cuccinelli would reject him for one thing or another. There are too many "single issue" voters out there that their single issue is a part of the constitution, but would reject the rest of it.
     As much as I'm against compromise, because compromise has lost us more rights that it has given us freedom, there are times that we need to get together in order to get to the end. The end that we need to work towards is ending progressivism, in both the Democrat party and in the GOP. We need to crush the democrats first, then clean house or build a new one.

Set your sights where they need to be, straight on those who would destroy this country.

Moving Forward in the name of progress

It doesn't matter if you're successful of working class you're still paying for others to sit in their ass and collect that check . How is it a moral thing to take money at gunpoint from someone that's worked hard and been successful in their life just to give it to someone who isn't a success whether it's by circumstance or by choice? Some people would tell you that no one would make a choice to not be successful, but when you have government that is ready to help keep you down then it's much easier to make that kind of choice, even if you didn't know that you did make it. Capitalism will always have people who are more successful that others, in a real moral society those who aren't as successful would be motivated to do something about it. With ideas like socialized medicine (single payer) , food stamps for life, 99 weeks of unemployment, and disability for the able bodied what do you really expect?
The progressives know full well that all they need to do I'm order to stay in power is to make people think it's ok to be lazy. With almost 1/2 of America accepting a government check, they've done a pretty good of progressing this one great country to the point that they can stay in power for a long time. Unfortunately for them, handouts can only last so long before the money runs out.

The Collapse of The American Dream

The USA has managed to become the economy that the world looks at, this was done through capitalism, not through government intervention. Unfortunately, we have the Federal Reserve, a private institution that has control of our money and our economy. They are currently printing money that is worthless, just to try to make people feel good about they money that is out there. I know that this video is long, but it's a half hour that will hopefully wake you up and make you realize that we're doomed. 

Keeping Control of Power

The media has reported in such a way that Obama the Great saying he either won't negotiate or will only negotiate AFTER her gets everything he wants means the GOP is unyielding and it's their fault the government is shut down. Sen. Rand Paul proposed the senate vote to reopen the government the other day, not one democrat voted for it. As bad as the Republican party is, the democrat party is acting like a bunch of crybabies backing a dictator that if he can't get what he wants just uses an executive order to get it. Once the courts actually hear the things that he did to change parts of the ACA will be overturned, he doesn't have the authority to delay laws that have been passed through congress, there is a reason the founders of this once great republic put a system of checks and balances in the constitution. Unfortunately the progressive media is 99% on the side of the politicians that want to "fundamentally change" the United States of America. These politicians come from both sides of the isle and are not concerned about Americans, they are concerned with power.

If you have ever watched the Start Wars movies, George Lucas points out what politicians want, and that's the problem. They are more concerned with gaining and keeping power than they are about keeping the country on the correct path. The founders of this country knew that this would eventually happen, unfortunately the progressive politicians have perverted the  constitution, and have hijacked the courts in order to keep their power. They have hijacked the universities, which has helped them to gain control over the media. 

As long as the progressives have control of the Universities and the media, they will have control of the Federal Reserve and the Government. They can do as they wish, and although some of them may get ousted occasionally, they will always keep control of the country.

Delay Obamacare?

     As we are still in the middle of a government shutdown where our dear leader, Obama the Great (OtG) is doing anything and everything he can do in order to hurt the citizens of this once great country. OtG has said that he is unwilling to negotiate unless he gets everything he wants first, which  did sound pretty much like a dictator our at least a wannabe dictator.  And as long as the government is shut down he will continue to fight against the American people.
     One of the offers that had been made by congress is to delay the individual mandate I'm his health care law for a year considering that OtG has illegally delayed the employer mandate part of it for a year. If he was to make this compromise all it would do is delay for a year the TAX that he has imposed on you if you don't buy insurance. Delaying the individual mandate doesn't change anything else about this travesty of a law.
     When I was young I didn't bother having medical insurance unless my employer gave it to me for free. Even when I did have insurance I rarely ever used it for anything, I was healthy, and didn't even like to see a Dr when I got hurt.
    What will happen to young people who aren't on their parent's plan if the individual mandate is in place? Most think they'll have to pay a $95 fine when they do their taxes next April, this is a little deceiving though, it's the larger amount of $95 or 1% if your income. I'm case you're a little too dense to do that math the $95 is for someone who makes $9500 in 2013. For reference, if you are lucky enough to work 40 hours a week for the federal minimum wage of $7.25 an hour, you would make about $15, 000. That would make your Obamacare TAX  $150.
     Do the math for yourself, even if you have insurance what would you pay next April if you didn't?  This is just another way for Obama the Great to punish you, you're not part of the elite class in this country. If you were, there would be a golden parachute for you too, it's not just for republicans, it's got the elite ruling class because they're all the same.

Enemy of the People

As the government shutdown continues the Obama regime is paying federal employees to hurt the American people. While keeping things like the Amber alert system up and running are deemed "non essential" during the shutdown, having park rangers blockade access to the WWII memorial (remember Tom Hanks soliciting private donations for that?), putting cones up so you can't pull off the road to stop and see Mt. Rushmore, or blocking the parking lot to Mt. Vernon are deemed "essential government functions. The only purpose that this serves it's too hurt the citizens of the United States.
     I'm not sure if this is the plan, or if our leader is conducting a test, a test to see how far he can convince these park rangers and others to hurt the American people. If they are willing to just do petty things to hurt the people, will they be willing to go further in order to violate your rights? Where will it end?
Let me say this as clearly as I can, if you are carrying out the regime's orders to hurt the American people, You are an enemy of The People.

I see racism

The shooting of Trayvon Martin and the trial of George Zimmerman, the man who shot him, have shown me how much racism there is in America. Not George Zimmerman himself, because he was investigated by the FBI already for being a racist. The overzealous prosecutor didn't even charge him with a hate crime because she obviously didn't think that he was. The racism I've seen is coming from the reaction to the case, and the verdict.
The media has refers to Mr Zimmerman as a "White Hispanic" or a "self identified Hispanic"so as to mmake him seem to be a Caucasian. People like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are yelling at anyone who will listen that all white people are secretly wanting to be slave owners. The President said that if he had a son he would look like Trayvon.Celebrities are crying all over tv and social media that it's legal too kill black kids in Florida.
Not only are these things untrue, they're meant to incite a feeling in people. They're meant to advance the progressive agenda of destroying what has been considered good for hundreds of years. They want to "fundamentally change" America. If you look at who the people that are protesting the Zimmerman verdict are you will see that it's the Occupy croud, the anarchists, the socialists, and mostly just a bunch of people who hate America and what we stand for.

Racist America

The killing of young black Trayvon Martin and the acquittal of Hispanic George Zimmerman has proved once again that the United States of America is a racist land. At least that's what the media would have you believe. I say the media because if they didn't have that narrative they wouldn't be putting anyone from the NAALCP, New Black Panthers, the Reverends Jackson or Al Sharpton all over too spout their racist agenda. It was the media that decided that George Zimmerman was either a "White Hispanic" or a "self-described Hispanic", this is important because it better fits the Black vs. White racist narrative.
The national main stream media hasn't had much to say about the 17yo black thug that shot and killed a 13 month old Hispanic child in cold blood in southern Georgia. That just doesn't meet the narrative of the white man is keeping everyone else down.
I've been watching during this trial, and even more since all of these leftists saying that the Zimmerman verdict tells us that it's ok to shoot and kill black kids, but at the same time they don't do anything other than say we should ban guns  in order to stop the black on black slaughter that's going on in our democrat controlled inner city neighborhoods.
As you hear and see the obvious race baiting going on, and how racist white people are, do yourself a favor and think about it. 95% of blacks voted for our Dear Leader Barry as president if these once United States. If this really was a racist country then you woukd think that 90% of white people would have voted against him, instead he got elected POTUS twice. I didn't vote for him, not because he's a White African American, but because of his policies. I, and a lot of others I'm this country saw him for what he is so we voted for America, not for a skin pigment. If America truly was the racist place that they're trying to convince you it is this man would have never had a chance to make it. Much less to be elected the most powerful man in the world.

Zimmerman verdict protests

All over the country there are protests going on, and even though most of them haven't yet risen to the level of riots that we were promised they're still disturbing. When people on the left, and make no mistake about it, these are leftists, don't get their way they do things like this. The protesters in Oakland where the first to start destroying their city, they trashed police cars, broke windows and burnt the American flag. In Chokeland it's mostly the same opportunistic people that took part in the Occupy movement, they trashed things then too and it's the people who pay taxes that will have to fix/replace those police cars. They don't care who they hurt as long as they get their point across, and what is the point of these protests over this verdict, the point is they don't like the law. They don't want anyone to be able to defend themselves or others, they would prefer that the thugs (themselves) be able to victimize whomever they want. They would tell you that a jury trial is wrong and that if a jury gets an opinion wrong, or what they feel is wrong those jurors should be punished. They are split on what they want, some are advocating total anarchy, and others are advocating a totalitarian police state. 

The one thing that they agree on is that they feel the constitution of these United States of America is wrong and must be trashed. They feel that no matter what, the United states is wrong and always will be wrong. They truly are the enemy of all that is good in this once great country.

They Trayvon Martin shooting and the aftermath.

It's amazing that I haven't written anything about this until now but since the verdict last night and the aftermath that has followed I feel compelled too.
This case has divided the United States of America more than anything in recent memory, it's not just racial tension, but that has a big part to do with it. I've seen more "what ifs" when it comes to this case than I would have ever imagined too.
People are still saying that George Zimmerman should have obeyed the 911 dispatcher and not gotten out of his car. When he got out to see where the person that he was calling about went he didn't disobey a lawful order, he was simply sick and tired of the crime that was happening in his neighborhood. It didn't matter what race/sex/gender/social standing this person was, he took his actions as being suspicious. Do we know who the aggressor was? We never will know that, only Zimmerman knows exactly who the aggressor was but we do know that he waived his Miranda rights and told the police numerous times his side of the story. Think about the people that you know, when they're telling a story to someone else when you where there. Does it always match 100% with what you remember? Does the story vary slightly every time they tell it? Does the basic core concept stay the same? And most importantly, if they remember things a little different than you, and just because it varies a little, does it mean that they're lying? There where no cameras facing the area out there so there is no possible way to know exactly what happened 100% of the time.
I keep seeing Trayvon called a "child" or a "boy", and that is starting to get on my nerves, we all know what happens when you call a black kid "boy" and it's never a good thing so we'll just call it what it is, pandering to the progressive movement that is overly sensitive to anything. Trayvon Martin was 5'11" tall and 158lbs when he died, that's no little kid, that's a full sized person, and pretty close to my size.
The simple fact of the matter is that Trayvon Martin decided to play with the big boys, he decided to teach a "creepy ass cracker" a lesson about getting into his business and watching him. If Trayvon had never decided to beat George Zimmerman's head into the concrete sidewalk, he would be alive today to grow up and become a burden on society, that's the direction he was heading in.

Happy Independence Day

Keeping safe and aware.

I made this video awhile back because when I watch the news I see a lot of people who are victims of acts of terrorism or crime like the bombings at the Boston Marathon and they're clueless as to they could have saved themselves or others. It's actually a pretty simple concept, your neck can actually move, your eyes move, use that fact to stay aware of what's going on around you. I have personally avoided many car accidents just because I do more than look out the windshield, I actually check my mirrors constantly. When I'm in a store, or on the street I am constantly aware of what's going on around me, I know how to keep an eye out. I don't do or say this because I'm paranoid, I do this because I'm aware that there is real evil in the world. There are evil people who want to hurt or kill you simply because you don't live the way they do, or believe the same thing that they so.
Keep looking around, it's not that hard, in fact the human body was designed to do it. That one simple act could save your life, or the lives of people around you.

SCOTUS made some real gay decisions

Today the Supreme Court released their decisions when it applies to "gay rights", and it's been interesting to watch the reactions of people.
I'm currently living in the state of Utah so that's what I've been paying to most attention to for news today. The Utah pride center is all elated over the SCOTUS opinions that were handed down and I don't really understand why they're so damn happy. These decisions don't even effect the gay population here in Utah.
I'm striking down the second of the DOMA that they considered to be unconstitutional all it says is that the federal government can't deny certain rights to you just because you're gay. Good, I think that when you die you should be able to pass on what you've built up in your life without the government demanding more than half of it, I've always thought that you should be able to get the same rights that everyone else is, that part of DOMA was bullshit to begin with, thank you Slick Willy, as it was Bill Clinton that signed, and campaigned on DOMA to begin with.
As far as the prop 8 decision goes, it doesn't affect Utah or the militant gay population here at all. Even if they travel to a state that allows gays to get married to each other, the state of Utah doesn't have to recognize it, and they defiantly don't have to issue you a marriage license. What this "standing" ruling does mean is that it doesn't matter how you vote, what you think our believe, it doesn't matter. It's only what the state wants and believes, your vote has no meaning to anything anymore.

Cherish Periwinkle

I know I don't use this blog that I've had forever but I think this is a better place to put this than over on the Black Rifle Project. As you may or may not know no matter where I live I will always refer to Jacksonville Florida home. Jacksonville is where my daughter Amber was born, and where she died a year later and is buried. Because I call Jacksonville home I keep up with the news as well as sports (Jaguars), the radio (WOKV) and the TV stations.
When I woke up this last Saturday morning my whole Facebook news feed was full of a story about a little girl named Cherish Periwinkle who was abducted from a Walmart on the northside on Friday night. Although the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) got the alert out, got the investigation started, and it only took about 10 hours before they caught the predator that took her. Unfortunately it was too late, he had already killed her and dumped her body.
It seems to me like the JSO did everything they could in this case, I really can't see what else they could have done. I see people attacking the mother constantly because they don't know exactly what happened, let me give you a hint though, she aint the one that killed Cherish. It seems that this guy waited, and would've waited longer if need be for his opportunity. I see people saying that laws need to be changed or the JSO is at fault for this predator being released early. That typically isn't the decision of the Sheriff's office. People need to get a little more informed and direct their anger where it belongs instead of just anyone.
I'm pretty sick of people forming their knee jerk judgments as soon as something happens instead of getting any facts about the incident. This is when opportunists jump on a situation and take away more and more of our rights to better the "collective". I ask the American people to please wake up, take a breath, and think before you react to everything that goes wrong in this world. I know it's hard when a beautiful little girl like Cherish is taken, and it always seems harder when it is someone who is beautiful, or has potential. (I know that's not a PC thing to say, but if you search inside yourself you know it's true.) that is taken. But, most people say something like "she's in a better place" or "no one can hurt her anymore", if you honestly have that belief then you should also think that death only really negatively affects the living. She can go on to her next life, without experiencing any of the crap that she would have to here, her living relatives won't get to see her anymore, but it isn't a bad thing for her, just those of us still alive.
